Truffle Pasta with Spinach đ
Try this delicious truffle pasta next time you eat spaghetti. Itâs so easy and fast to make and tastes incredible! âșïž
Ingredients:
80g whole grain pasta
10g dried truffle
200g cottage cheese
100g frozen spinach
30g parmesan
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Oil
Instruction:
Soak your truffles in water, as said on package description. You can use other mushrooms or fresh mushrooms too.
Heat up oil in a pan and add the minced garlic. Then add the truffle and let simmer for 6 min. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Defrost the spinach. Then add to the mushrooms. Add cottage cheese and stir well. Simmer for 2 minutes then add soy sauce, pepper, nutmeg and 20g parmesan. Add the pasta and let everything simmer for another 5 min. Transfer to a plate and top with some more parmesan.
